Marshall Miles will resign from his position as CEO of Inventronics due to his retirement effective October 31, 2024. After stepping down as CEO, he will continue to serve in the company, holding position as a member of the board of directors and associated committees. He will also serve as a senior advisor to the company with very high confidence in the future of the company.

Dr. Gary Hua, founder of Inventronics and the company’s CEO during its first decade, will take up CEO of the company, while continuing his current responsibilities as chairman and CTO. His leadership ensures the continued strength and vision needed for a global company, demonstrating our commitment to building a brighter future.
